Series 7000 & 8000 Integral XY
|
Designed as low-profile XY integral stages, the Series 8000 offers ground ballscrew drive on each axis, the Series 7000 option uses lower cost rolled ballscrews. The integral design of the upper and lower axes ensures a rugged unitary assembly and an important low-profile rail bearing design for applications in heavier industrial environments. Protective bellows are optional. Stepping motors or servo motors with rear-encoders are available on either stage model. Limit and Datum switches per axis are fitted. All switch, motor and encoder connections are available on QM connectors.
