MICOS offer a wide range of positioning stages with high quality, accuracy, and repeatability which truly have that "Made in Germany" aesthetic design.

Linear, rotary, elevation, goniometric stages - both manual and motor driven - are available and optical components complete the research end of the range.

The motorised stages, with their matching controllers, fit all applications where precise, flat and straight motion is required. With servo, stepping and linear motor control options - as well as software to adapt to all bus types - the MICOS range is very flexible.

For demanding scientific applications, deep-vacuum preparation is available on most products. The option of clean-room operation is also offered if required.

MICOS will design specific high-quality motion and positioning systems for applications where their standard products may not be suitable.

Motionlink

The Motionlink range of linear, vertical lift and rotary stages are UK-manufactured and have a proven track record over many years in many demanding applications. The of travel range is wide, from 25mm to metres.

Our design consultancy also offers the custom mechanical design that a positioning system may also require. The stages are fitted with the appropriate motor, and high-accuracy ground ballscrews ensure their long and accurate life.

With the Servostep motion controller system, many special system configurations are easily offered to customer requirements. We can design and configure a positioning system to exactly the specification that a user may need. Stepping motor control, two-phase or five-phase motors, servo motors - brushed or brushless - and linear motors can all be controlled on the appropriate stages.

Nutec NUTEC Components Inc. NUTEC offer a wide range of positioning stages and can adapt them to larger systems.

While standard ballscrew-driven linear stages are available as single or multi-axes assemblies, NUTEC specialise in larger custom positioning systems.

NUTEC can supply linear motor driven stages with air-bearings and linear encoder feedback for ultimate accuracy - all assembled, for example, as a gantry system.

NUTEC has the design and manufacturing capabilities to greate custom OEM systems in a rapid development cycle. Mechanical motion platforms are composed of standard products or are designed to suit the application.

The extensive software capabilities of either the NUTEC Micromatic servo control system or the CNC controller ensure high performance co-ordinated motion control up to 12 axes.
